Roofing cold-caller opportunity
Build something long term.
Roof Connect is part of an established U.S. lead-generation operation. This is ongoing work for a dependable professional—not a temporary campaign that may disappear next month.
This position is for someone who is genuinely motivated, committed, and capable of consistently generating quality leads.We need a professional teammate we can count on—not someone who reads a script, collects hours, and disappears after a few days.
Position details
- $4 per hour to start, with increases based on performance and consistency
- Four-hour shifts to keep top performers focused and fresh
- Preferred schedule: 2:00–6:00 PM Central Time; another shift may be discussed with the right teammate
- Remote work calling U.S. homeowners about roof inspections
- Daily team communication, coaching, and updates through Discord
- Clear scripts, training, and performance expectations
What we require
- Clear, confident spoken English and professional phone presence
- Consistent attendance, energy, and responsiveness
- A strong, reliable computer and fast internet
- A quality microphone or headset with clear, noise-cancelled audio
- A quiet workspace and daily availability on Discord
- The ability to accept coaching and generate multiple qualified leads per hour when connect rates allow
This role is all about performance. We care about the quality of your conversations, your ability to qualify genuine roofing opportunities, and whether the team can depend on you.
